About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer with a strong eye for Meta Ads, social media creatives and short-form video.

We want someone who understands that a good ad is not just about looking beautiful — it needs to grab attention, communicate quickly and connect with the target audience.

Someone with a strong understanding of creative psychology, brands and what makes people stop scrolling will be preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-performing Meta Ads creatives for Facebook & Instagram.
• Design static ads, carousels, Reels and short-form video creatives.
• Develop creative concepts based on brand, audience and campaign objectives.
• Create social media, branding and digital marketing creatives.
• Edit images, videos and adapt creatives for different formats.
• Work with the marketing/content team to develop new creative ideas.
• Create multiple creative variations for testing and campaigns.

Must Have

• 3+ years of professional Graphic Design experience.
• Strong Photoshop & Illustrator skills.
• Good knowledge of Figma & Canva.
• Strong typography, layout, colour and composition skills.
• Experience designing Meta Ads / performance marketing creatives.
• Good video editing skills.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand different brands and target audiences.
• Agency experience is preferred.

Good to have: After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Motion Graphics & AI design tools.
