About the Role

Talsolution is seeking an experienced AI / ML Engineer to work on machine learning, artificial intelligence, and production AI applications.

The ideal candidate has experience developing, evaluating, deploying, and maintaining machine learning or AI systems.

Responsibilities

* Design and develop machine learning and AI solutions

* Build and maintain production machine learning pipelines

* Develop and evaluate machine learning models

* Work with large datasets for training and evaluation

* Develop LLM and generative AI applications

* Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems where applicable

* Integrate AI models with software applications and APIs

* Optimize model performance and inference workflows

* Develop testing and evaluation processes for AI systems

* Collaborate with software engineers and technical teams

* Participate in technical meetings and project discussions

* Document models, experiments, systems, and implementation decisions

Required Qualifications

* 3+ years of professional AI / ML or related engineering experience

* Strong Python programming skills

* Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or similar frameworks

* Strong understanding of machine learning concepts

* Experience working with data preparation and model evaluation

* Experience with REST APIs and software development practices

* Experience deploying machine learning models or AI applications

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Strong English communication skills

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with LLMs and generative AI

* Experience with RAG architectures

* Experience with vector databases

* Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks

* Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

* Experience with MLOps and model deployment

* Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience, technical background, and the specific engagement.
