Graphic Designer (Brand & Ad Creatives), Full-Time

About us
We’re a fast-moving team building Australian brands: Briha Boxes (handcrafted candles and natural Himalayan products, based in Sydney) and Immibook (migration mentorship platform). More brands will be added as you settle in. You’ll work directly with the founder.

The role

• 75% graphic design: ad creatives, carousels, thumbnails, product graphics and brand templates.
• 15% short-form video: simple 5–10 second reels and motion edits for ads.
• 10% research: design trends, competitor creatives and inspiration for each brand.

What you’ll do

• Design static and short video ad creatives for e-commerce campaigns.
• Create carousels, thumbnails, story graphics and product visuals.
• Take references or inspiration from the founder and recreate them to match each brand’s guidelines.
• Build and maintain reusable brand templates so content stays consistent.
• Produce multiple creative variations quickly for ad testing.
• Use AI to speed up drafts, copy and layout ideas, with a human touch on every final design.
• Take feedback fast and turn revisions around quickly.

How we use AI: AI is your assistant, not your designer. Every final creative must have a human touch; we don’t publish AI-only content. Paid tools are provided when there’s a clear need.

Must-haves

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio.
• Strong Canva skills. This is non-negotiable.
• Excellent attention to detail: spacing, alignment and typography.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.
• Basic reel editing in CapCut or similar.
• Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Canva AI.
• A laptop and stable internet.

Nice-to-haves

• Adobe (Photoshop or Illustrator) or Figma.
• Experience designing ad creatives for e-commerce or product brands.
• Product photo editing and mockups.

How it works

• Remote, with flexible working hours.
• Full-time, salaried.
• Month 1 is a paid trial, within a 3-month probation. After that, it becomes a permanent full-time role.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
