Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the Superintendent provides high-level administrative, operational, and executive support to the Superintendent and serves as a central point of coordination for the Superintendent’s Office. This position acts as a liaison among district leadership, staff, students, families, community members, government agencies, and the Board of Education while ensuring efficient office operations and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing executive communications and schedules, coordinating Board of Education processes and official records, supporting personnel and contract administration, maintaining confidential information, overseeing assigned compliance and reporting requirements, and assisting with district initiatives, events, and special projects. The position requires sound judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
