Job Description
Careers at Adrian Flux
Looking for your next challenge? We’re always on the lookout for talented people to join our fun-loving team. We offer a truly flexible, staff-led approach to work, allowing you to choose your own schedule, and we only promote from within, giving you ample opportunity to build a career at Adrian Flux.
We’ve thrown away the 9-5 rulebook
We believe that life shouldn’t revolve around work. We’re keen for our staff to live life to the fullest – to enjoy those precious moments with your kids, to finally get that decorating done, to explore hobbies, new and old. That’s why we offer flexible working, competitive pay, remote working options and tons of holiday.
But don’t just take our word for it! We won the 2023 UK Company Culture Award for Best Flexible Working Policy – and we’re just getting more flexible.
Prefer to work fewer hours one week and overtime the next? Fine by us. Need to attend an appointment? No problem. Want to work from home? We can train you remotely. Our pioneering approach is designed to cater to your lifestyle so you don’t have to cater your lifestyle to the job.
Plenty of opportunities to build a career
We’re keen on empowering people and helping them achieve more, which is why we only promote from within the company. Plus, we offer generous bonuses to those who excel in their role.
We’re always open to new ideas and encourage staff to take ownership of their work. And with plenty of training opportunities, there’s lots of learning on the job!
