West Pro Solutions LLC is seeking bilingual customer service representatives to provide phone support for a cruise travel . This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicates clearly, and can work independently from home.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers in English and Spanish with travel questions, reservations, and service needs.
• Provide accurate information and help resolve customer concerns.
• Navigate computer systems while speaking with customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Follow client procedures and meet service and attendance expectations.

Training and Schedule

Required training pays $7.25 per hour. Applicants must be available to attend the assigned training schedule and successfully complete certification before beginning production.

Production pays $15 per hour. After certification, contractors select their schedules from available service intervals. A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• A professional, patient, and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple applications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
• Must live in the United States and complete all training and work within the U.S.
• Must successfully complete required assessments, background check, and drug screening.

Equipment Requirements

• A compatible Windows desktop or laptop running the latest version of Windows 11. Macs are not supported.
• Reliable internet with a wired Ethernet connection. An Ethernet cable must be connected during orientation, training, and production.
• A USB noise-canceling headset.
• A webcam for required onboarding or training activities.
• Computer must pass the platform’s technical compatibility scan.

Additional Details

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors provide their own equipment and are responsible for their own taxes.

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
