• Resolve customer concerns by analyzing issues thoroughly and offering effective solutions in a friendly manner.
• Communicate clearly with clients in multiple languages when applicable, ensuring understanding across diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or call center roles, with strong phone communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are highly preferred; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear and professional messages.
