Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic & Presentation Designer with strong visual design expertise
and extensive experience creating executive-level presentations. The ideal candidate should be able to
transform complex business content and data into compelling visual stories, presentations, graphics, and
infographics for senior leadership, board, investor, and client audiences.
Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design with significant hands-on Presentation Design
• experience.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and InDesign.
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills, including:

o Slide Masterso Custom layoutso Animationso Advanced formattinghierarchy, and whitespace.stories.Key Responsibilitiesclient audiences.a clear message.Good-to-Have Skillsexplainer videos.environments.Other Skills

• Strong expertise in illustration, iconography, infographics, layouts, typography, color, grids,
• Proven experience creating C-level, board, investor, keynote, and business presentations.
• Strong ability to translate complex content, data, and concepts into clear and compelling visual
• Strong portfolio covering both graphic design and executive presentations.
• Create custom graphics, illustrations, icons, infographics, diagrams, and visual assets.
• Design high-impact presentations for C-level executives, leadership, board, investor, keynote, and
• Transform complex content and data into clear layouts, frameworks, charts, and visual narratives.
• Work with content owners to structure presentation storylines and ensure every slide communicates
• Design accurate and easy-to-understand charts, tables, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain slide masters, templates, design guidelines, and visual asset libraries.
• Create visuals for reports, one-pagers, events, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Manage multiple design requests and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Google Slides / Keynote.
• Experience with Camtasia, Premiere Pro, or After Effects for demo videos, motion graphics, or
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools.
• Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, agency, or in-house design
• Exceptional visual and creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders, understand feedback, and turn around revisions quickly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong focus on pixel-perfect execution, consistency, and visual quality
