The Role
We’re looking for an experienced part-time Account Service Representative who enjoys the detail work behind great client service. You’ll own the servicing side of our book so our producers can focus on growth. If you take pride in clean files, fast turnarounds, and clients who never have to ask twice, this role is for you.
**What You’ll Do
• Issue certificates of insurance and handle additional insured requests, often on tight event t
imelines.
• Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, and reinstatements with carriers.
• Prepare renewal packages by gathering updated exposures, completing ACORD and supplemental applications, and submitting them to markets.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy against what was quoted and bound.
• Track open items and follow up with clients, carriers, and wholesalers until they’re closed.
• Maintain accurate, well-organized client records in our agency management system.
• Partner with producers on new business setup and client onboarding.
• Respond to client emails and calls as needed.
**What You Bring
• Insurance experience is required, ideally in commercial P&C servicing at a
n agency.
• A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and stay on top of deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• A client-first mindset, with clear and friendly written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and agency management software.
• P&C license preferred
Nice to Have
• Experience with specialty programs or E&S markets.
• Background in sports, recreation, youth programs, or event insurance.
