Role will be door knocking in Franchisee Territories to help create business for Residential and Commercial Customers in their locations in person. Company will pay for travel. On the weeks you are home, you will be a call center agent scheduling bid appointments for large commercial buildings for our franchisees or calling back bids they have left with customers already. Pay is hourly plus bonuses and commissions for scheduled appointments and sales.

Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
• Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints using effective problem-solving techniques.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately through data entry and client communication channels.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using Microsoft Office tools and internal databases.
• Conduct outbound calling when necessary to follow up on unresolved issues or promote new products/services.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support or call center roles with excellent phone communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and client management.
• Exceptional written communication skills for clear documentation and email correspondence.
• Technical proficiency with CRM systems or similar software is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales or outbound calling enhances your ability to engage customers proactively.
