Sr. Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in a branding agency environment. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, a good understanding of branding and visual communication, and the ability to develop creative concepts across both digital and physical touchpoints.

The role will involve branding, visual merchandising (VM) design, layouts, campaign creatives, print materials, social media creatives, presentations, and other brand communication requirements. The candidate should be able to take a brief, develop creative concepts, and independently execute designs while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on client briefs and brand requirements.
• Create Visual Merchandising (VM) designs for retail spaces, exhibitions, events, displays, signage, kiosks, and other physical brand touchpoints.
• Develop creative layouts, compositions, typography, colour schemes, and visual systems for various branding projects.
• Design branding materials including brochures, flyers, catalogues, posters, standees, banners, packaging, signage, and other marketing collateral.
• Create social media creatives, digital advertisements, campaign visuals, presentations, and other digital communication materials.
• Work on brand identity and brand collateral, ensuring consistency across different applications.
• Prepare artwork and production-ready files for printing and fabrication.
• Develop mock-ups and visual presentations to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the branding, marketing, content, production, and account management teams to execute projects.
• Understand client briefs and translate business requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Review designs carefully for accuracy, alignment, typography, dimensions, spelling, colour, and other production details.
• Incorporate client and internal feedback and make necessary revisions efficiently.
• Stay updated with current design trends, branding styles, VM trends, typography, layouts, and creative industry developments.
• Provide creative guidance and support to junior designers where required.
• Participate in brainstorming and creative ideation sessions.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
