Our client, a mutual benefit corporation and health plan provider, seeks an accomplished 100% Remote Customer Service Representative – Remote | for California Residents

**** TITLE: Customer Service Representative – Remote California $21–$22/hr**

*** LOCATION: 100% Remote for California Residents

*** DURATION: 4 months contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion to FTE role

*** START DATE: Mon, Nov 23, 2026

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Operations run 24/7
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Must be available to work weekends
• Monday – Friday shifts may be scheduled between 4:45 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Time
• Weekend shifts may be scheduled between 6:45 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Time
• Assigned 8-hour shift within operating hours

Paid Training: Approximately 7-8 weeks, Monday-Friday. 100% attendance required during training .

Description:

• Handle inbound member calls and resolve questions
• Research information across multiple systems
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Provide professional and empathetic customer service

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems
• Reliable internet and a suitable home office
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including weekends
• Must currently reside in California. No out-of-state candidates.
