Job Description
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a leading healthcare company.
💰 Pay: $14.50/hour

What You’ll Do:
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls
- Assist customers with questions and service needs
- Gather and document customer information accurately
- Resolve customer issues while providing excellent service
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Meet company and client performance standards
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Comfortable with medical terminology
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Dedicated, distraction-free workspace
- Flexible availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and occasional overtime
