About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to design and improve complex digital products and user experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UX/UI, product design, SaaS platforms, dashboards, and workflow-heavy applications.

You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand user needs, solve complex problems, create intuitive experiences, and deliver high-quality product features from discovery to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Own UX/UI design for product features from discovery to final delivery, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI and interaction design.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements, explore solutions and deliver usable product improvements.
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and improve product experiences.
• Design intuitive experiences for complex dashboards, multi-role systems and workflow-heavy products.
• Maintain consistency across product experiences by following and evolving established design systems and patterns.
• Contribute to design system and pattern library improvements.
• Translate ambiguous business and user requirements into clear, simple and intuitive experiences.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, usability findings and product requirements.
• Use modern AI design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping and design iterations.

What We’re Looking For Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer or UX/UI Designer.
• Experience working on B2B SaaS, top-tier B2C products, or Video/Media products.
• Hands-on experience designing end-to-end product features from discovery through delivery.
• Strong experience with user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI and interaction design.
• Experience designing complex dashboards, multi-role systems, admin panels or data/workflow-heavy interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes and design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, usability and user-centered design.
• Strong product thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex requirements.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for creating clickable prototypes and rapid design iteration.
• Portfolio showcasing at least 2 shipped products or major features, with clear case studies demonstrating problem-solving, design decisions and impact.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with video streaming, live broadcasting, media production or digital content platforms.
• Experience with products similar to video conferencing, streaming, broadcasting or media-management platforms.
• Experience working in established product teams with design systems and mature design patterns.
