This is a customer service–first position where you guide individuals who have already requested information. There is no cold calling. Conversations are consultative, professional, and focused on helping people make informed decisions.

• Respond to warm inquiries from individuals who requested information online, by phone, or through mail
• Deliver a positive customer service experience through scheduled Zoom or phone appointments
• Educate clients on available options and help them complete straightforward applications
• Follow a step-by-step system that removes guesswork and supports long-term success
• Work remotely with full training, tools, and back-office support provided

Full-time schedules typically include:

• 5–10 hours per week on outreach and follow-ups
• 10–20 hours per week meeting with customers
• 5–10 hours per week on training, development, and administrative tasks

Income & Advancement

• Commission-based compensation with monthly bonus opportunities
• Average entry-level sale pays $600–$800
• Full-time representatives average 3–7 sales per week
• Performance-based increases available every 2–3 months
• No quotas and no income ceiling
