Accounts receivable
Report directly to the president on all accounts receivable responsibilities
Create and send invoices to suppliers
Follow up on payments with customers and suppliers
Running and managing reports within our system
Send and receive emails using professional language and quick response times
Perform all duties in a timely manner
Customer Service
Work together with supervisor to ensure procedures are followed
Make and answer phone calls professionally & communicate with sellers, buyers and customer service staff from our partner companies
Create and place purchase orders
Send and receive emails using professional language and quick response times
Make sure every order is completed with thorough, efficient, and timely customer service
Work as a team to avoid errors by reviewing each other’s work
Go the extra mile to help our buyers avoid mistakes when something looks questionable, bring it to their attention.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
