Customer Service Representative (independent Contractor)

Overview

MEYBusiness Solutions is looking for friendly, reliable people to provide customer support from home for well-known brands. This is an independant contractor role: you choose your own schedule from available time slots and run your work like your own business.

What you’ll do

• Handle invound customer calls or chats with professionalism and patience
• resolve questions,issues, and requests following client guidelines
• keep accurate notes on customer interactions
• What you’ll Need
• A quiet distraction free home workspace
• A computer that meets platform requirements, a USB noise-canceling headset, and wired high-speed internet.
• Strong communication and typing skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and voice assessment.
• completion of client certification course before taking calls.

Pay Range: 11-$20 per hour depending on the client program paid by direct deposit.

Daily pay is available for certain clients

This position is ideal for stay at home moms, or anyone who would like to grow their experience. All roles are entry level training is provided. All equpiment and certification requirements will be covered during the interview process.

Pay: $11.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
