Foster Insurance Services is hiring an Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative for our Kingman office. We’re looking for someone dependable, personable, and motivated who can take care of customers while actively helping our agency grow.

This position combines customer service with insurance sales. You should be comfortable answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, preparing quotes, following up with prospects, and asking for the sale.

This is an in-person position in our Kingman office. Reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage questions, and other service needs.
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and other insurance products.
• Follow up consistently with new leads and outstanding quotes.
• Identify additional coverage opportunities for existing customers.
• Help retain customers by addressing concerns and explaining available options.
• Keep accurate, detailed records of customer conversations and follow-up tasks.
• Meet established daily activity and monthly production expectations.
• Work with teammates to keep calls answered and customer requests moving.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Property & Casualty insurance license preferred.
• Allstate agency experience strongly preferred.
• Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales goals.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks through completion.
• Comfortable learning and using insurance software and computer systems.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work full-time in our Kingman office.
