Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Remote Product Liability Attorney in San Francisco, CA. This role offers a reduced schedule of 1,400 hours annually and is a non-partnership track position. The attorney will manage cases with autonomy and provide exceptional client service in a dynamic legal environment.

Duties

• Manage product liability or commercial litigation cases independently.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong case management skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence and a state with a firm office, or eligibility to waive in.
• Willingness to work on west coast time if located elsewhere.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
