The Role
Pinger is seeking a talented and curious Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team.
You’ll work with our Marketing, Growth, and Social teams, combining strong design fundamentals, original creative thinking, and demonstrable, hands-on expertise with generative AI to support the production of static and motion Marketing assets that effectively communicate our brand narratives across Pinger’s web properties, social profiles, in-app campaigns, and paid acquisition channels. You’ll also help Pinger develop smarter, faster, and more responsible AI-enabled creative workflows.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop high-quality static and motion assets for our brands’ digital properties in an inspired and visually arresting manner, including: websites and landing pages, app stores, in-app communications for lifecycle marketing and paid acquisition, social media, and other marketing media.
- Publish and update content in WordPress and support routine maintenance of marketing web properties.
- Create visual and motion assets for lifecycle and paid acquisition efforts.
- Create performance ads for YouTube, Meta platforms, and TikTok.

- Use generative AI as an integral part of the creative workflow to explore concepts, develop visual directions, create and edit imagery, generate variations, and accelerate production.
- Apply strong art direction and hands-on design craft to refine AI-assisted work, ensuring every final asset feels intentional, original, and consistent with Pinger’s brand standards.
- Review AI-assisted work for visual artifacts, factual inaccuracies, bias, inappropriate representation, brand risk, and potential intellectual-property concerns before publication.
- Build reusable prompts, reference libraries, templates, skills, and repeatable workflows that improve creative consistency and production efficiency across several departments.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend practical additions to Pinger’s creative toolkit based on quality, controllability, workflow fit, security, and commercial-use considerations.
- Follow company policies governing confidential information, customer data, intellectual property, model usage, representation, disclosure, and content provenance.
- Present concepts and works in progress to stakeholders, explain creative decisions, receive feedback constructively, and translate that feedback into thoughtful final work.
- Collaborate with Growth and Marketing partners to evaluate creative performance, identify patterns, and apply learnings to future concepts and iterations.
