A bit about us: Our client is a growing commercial construction management and general contracting firm known for delivering exceptional client experiences through collaboration, transparency, and innovative preconstruction services. Specializing in commercial, institutional, education, healthcare, municipal, mixed-use, and developer-led projects, this company partners with owners from the earliest stages of development to provide strategic guidance that drives successful outcomes.
Rather than simply building projects, this company builds long-term partnerships. Their preconstruction philosophy emphasizes budget certainty, value engineering, constructability reviews, scheduling, and proactive problem-solving to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Their integrated approach has earned a reputation for responsiveness, accountability, and trusted client relationships.
Why join us? This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team where your expertise has a direct impact on project success. As a Senior Estimator focused on developer clients, you will work remotely while partnering closely with ownership, project management, design professionals, and clients throughout the preconstruction process.
