ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and help build, modernize, and support solutions across our ServiceNow platform. A key focus of this role will be migrating legacy Workflow Editor workflows to Flow Designer/Workflow Studio and developing scalable, maintainable automation and integrations.

What You ll Do

Design, develop, test, and support ServiceNow solutions.

Migrate and modernize legacy Workflows to Flow Designer/Workflow Studio.

Build reusable flows, subflows, actions, and integrations.

Develop using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and ServiceNow APIs.

Build and support REST/API integrations with enterprise applications.

Troubleshoot platform issues and identify opportunities to reduce technical debt.

Partner with technical and business teams to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Follow ServiceNow development, governance, and platform best practices.

What We re Looking For

5 8 years of total ServiceNow experience, with a strong focus on development, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and the integration of plugins and third-party applications.

Hands on experience with Flow Designer/Workflow Studio and legacy Workflow Editor.

Demonstrated experience migrating or redesigning Workflows into Flows.

Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow API skills.

Experience with REST integrations and enterprise application integrations.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment.

Nice to Have

SAP Basis, SAP DevOps, or SAP-ServiceNow integration experience.

IntegrationHub experience.

Experience installing and configuring SAP, Adobe, and Microsoft Publisher Packs and SaaS connectors.

ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, or Service Catalog experience.

ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or related certifications.
