Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as a key point of contact between our organization and its customers. In this role, you will assist customers with questions and concerns, resolve issues effectively, and help deliver a consistently positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and requests promptly through phone, email, and online messaging channels.
• Address customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally, accurately, and with empathy.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in the appropriate systems.
• Work closely with internal departments to address customer needs and ensure timely follow-through.
• Recognize recurring service challenges and recommend ways to improve customer support processes.
• Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach in every interaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous customer service, client support, or other customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented in challenging situations.
• Experience with CRM platforms or customer support systems is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant training is a plus.
