The organization is entering an important period of growth and transformation within its product function. Following several recent product launches, the business is investing heavily in its innovation pipeline and strengthening its product management organization to support continued growth. This role will have significant visibility across the business and the opportunity to influence both the future portfolio and the development of the broader product organization.

  • Own portfolio strategy and performance, including revenue growth, margin, competitive positioning, and investment priorities.
  • Build a disciplined innovation pipeline by translating customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into new product opportunities.
  • Oversee business cases, product roadmaps, stage-gate decisions, and prioritization of R&D investment across the portfolio.
  • Drive successful new product introductions while ensuring appropriate investment in mature products, pricing, and end-of-life decisions.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and senior leadership to align priorities and execute product strategies.
  • Establish clear product-management processes, operating rhythms, performance expectations, and accountability across the team.
