Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior HVAC Project Manager based in Indianapolis, IN, with opportunities for some work from home. Responsibilities include overseeing HVAC and plumbing project planning and execution, managing budgets, ensuring quality and performance standards are met, and resolving project-related challenges. The role also involves supervising project teams, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring preventive maintenance and troubleshooting plans are implemented efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HVAC systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with mechanical systems
• Proven ability to implement effective preventive maintenance programs
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to manage client relationships professionally
• Solid understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
