Job Description

Graphic Designer

Responsible for the design of elevated, on-brand digital assets that power our emails, paid media, website and other marketing channels.

Job Specs

Department: Creative

Reports to: Art Director

Pay Scale: $75,000-$85,000 base

Location: Fully remote

Schedule: Full-time

Benefits: Health insurance with HSA option (80% employer paid), employee paid Dental and Vision, 401(k), flexible PTO including holidays, employee jewelry discount, parental leave

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, agile and super-creative Graphic Designer to join our small-but-mighty creative team. You’ll create the visual assets that power our presence across all digital channels: email, web, paid media and more. This role calls for strong judgement and an elevated taste level, including a sharp eye for selecting and cropping photography for use in assets. A love for collaboration is also essential: You’ll partner with writers, designers and other members of the marketing team to bring a world of ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Design digital assets across email, paid media, website, and other marketing channels.
  • Adapt campaigns and creative concepts across multiple formats and channels quickly and consistently.
  • Select, curate, and crop photography for use in marketing assets — a strong eye for imagery is essential.
  • Keep every asset consistent with GLDN’s brand and visual standards, even at high volume and on tight timelines.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines, prioritizing effectively as requests come in.
  • Partner with the marketing team to translate briefs, campaign calendars, and product launches into finished assets.
  • Build and maintain templates so recurring asset types (email, ads, etc.) can be produced efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of professional graphic design experience in retail, marketing, or advertising.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-volume digital design work across email, paid media, and web.
  • An elevated taste level and excellent judgment for image selection, typography, composition, and cropping.
  • Basic motion design or video editing skills (After Effects or Premiere).
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and ideally Figma.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently, producing a high volume of polished work without close supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple requests and deadlines at once.
  • Experience in fashion, jewelry or advertising is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for e-commerce brands.
  • Experience with light image editing.

Why GLDN

  • Fully remote, full-time role with a flexible schedule.
  • Comprehensive health benefits and paid time off.
  • A mission-driven team that donates 10% of profits to causes we care about.
  • A generous employee discount on GLDN jewelry.
  • A collaborative, low-ego culture where good ideas can come from anyone.

At GLDN, we take a lot of things personally… and we like it that way! We are committed to inclusion across race, gender, age, religion, identity, and experience, to name a few. We honor and cherish our team, customers, and everyone else for being their true, unique selves. People of all races, ages, identities, religions and other diverse candidates are encouraged to apply!
