Job Description
We’re hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather course material.
- Analyze program requirements and determine strategic solutions.
- Convert written materials and maintain existing courseware.
- Analyze user/business software system requirements.
- Maintain documentation for software development policies.
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts.
What You’ll Need
- 8+ years of experience with COBOL & DB2.
- Ability to attain and maintain a USPS Public Trust clearance.
- Experience with Changeman for code promotion.
- Ability to scan libraries for keywords to research issues.
- Familiarity with creating ServiceNow Change requests.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline is preferred, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience.
