Job Description
Position: Informatica Developer
Location: Remote
Desired Secondary Skills Experience:
- Informatica B2B Data Exchange
- Managed File Transfer (MFT)
- Kafka/Oracle PL/SQL/Linux/UNIX shell scripting
- HL7 and NCPDP experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develop documents, tests, and debug new and existing Informatica PowerCenter mappings, workflows, sessions, and B2B Data Transformation applications.
- Transforms business requirements into Informatica technical design specifications and clear EDI X12 Healthcare solutions.
- Communicates using flowcharts, data flow diagrams, mapping specifications, and source-to-target mapping documents.
- Serves as a technical expert on Informatica PowerCenter, B2B Data Transformation, Oracle PL/SQL, and Linux development projects.
- Participates in full development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Creates technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements
- Participates in code reviews and software design meetings.
- Consults with end-users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs.
- Works under minimal supervision with the ability to make independent judgments, as required.
