Senior User Experience Designer

Role Description The Senior UI Design role is a full-time remote position responsible for crafting intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for digital products across web and mobile platforms. This role involves translating business requirements and user insights into detailed UI designs, including wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. The Senior UI Designer will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and front-end developers to ensure a cohesive, user-centric experience from concept to implementation. Daily activities include refining design systems, conducting design reviews, creating production-ready assets, and ensuring designs align with brand and accessibility standards. The role also includes mentoring less experienced designers and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Mockups and Visual Design, with a solid portfolio showcasing modern, user-friendly interfaces.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Prototyping, including building interactive prototypes to communicate design flows and interactions.
• Candidates should possess applied expertise in User Experience Design (UED), with the ability to collaborate on user journeys, information architecture, and usability considerations.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Front-End Development concepts, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and understanding of implementation constraints.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating or working with design systems and component libraries; knowledge of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
• Minimum of several years of professional UI or product design experience, preferably in digital product or financial services domains.
