Trenkle Agency is seeking Customer Service Life Insurance Agents to help individuals and families protect what matters to them. Whether you’re already licensed or exploring a career in insurance, we provide training and mentorship to help you develop your knowledge and sales skills.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective clients who have requested insurance information.
• Conduct virtual appointments to assess coverage needs.
• Present suitable life insurance options from available carriers.
• Explain benefits, premiums, and policy limitations.
• Assist with applications and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Maintain client records and follow applicable insurance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• A current life insurance license or willingness to obtain one before selling.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Integrity and attention to detail.
• Consistency, self-motivation, and openness to coaching.
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• U.S.-based applicants.

Compensation & Expenses

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-only compensation. There is no base salary or hourly pay, and earnings are not guaranteed. Agents are responsible for licensing expenses and any leads they choose to purchase.
