Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Salesforce Developer. The individual will design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs, leveraging technical expertise to optimize performance and functionality. Responsibilities include coding, testing, and debugging Salesforce applications and integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, and ensuring compliance with best practices. The Salesforce Developer will also be responsible for staying current with Salesforce updates and recommending enhancements to improve platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and the Salesforce Platform
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and validation rules
• Proficiency in integration techniques, such as REST APIs, SOAP, and third-party integrations
• Solid knowledge of data modeling, custom objects, and relational database concepts
• Ability to analyze and understand business needs, translating them into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and manage multiple projects effectively
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Application/System Architect are a plus
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and Agile methodologies is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
