Sap Business Warehouse Developer

Requirements

Hard skills:

• Several years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA; very good knowledge in BW modeling, data flows, transformations, DTPs, process chains and query design;
• Very good knowledge in ABAP for BW and HANA SQL;
• Test design, error analysis, performance optimization, authorizations and technical documentation.

Nice To haves:

• Experience with SAP S/4 Utilities, SAP MaCo Cloud, CSV connections

Soft skills:

• Structured, quality-oriented and reliable work approach;
• clear communication in fully virtual, internationally distributed work models;
• comprehensible risk and status reports related to deliverables;
• ability to create handover-ready documentation and to collaborate via defined contact persons and interfaces.

Tasks

• Technical elaboration of the provided solution design
• Implementation of the defined InfoObjects, ADSOs, CompositeProvider, Open ODS Views, transformations, DTPs, process chains and queries
• Development of agreed ABAP and HANA SQL routines
• Connection of the specified sources SAP MaCo Cloud, SAP S/4 Utilities and defined CSV interfaces
• Execution of documented unit, integration, regression and authorization tests
• Handover of all objects, transports, test evidence as well as operational and development documentation
• Implementation exclusively within the approved architecture and system landscape
• Assignment of each object to a requirement, a work package and a transport
• Documented change request for deviations or extensions
• Fully remote collaboration via designated contact persons or bridgeheads
