Part Time Customer Service Representative / Scheduler

Duties

• Greet clients warmly via phone calls and texts, delivering excellent customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Manage appointment scheduling using our specialized scheduling software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with our grooming team
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Assist clients with inquiries, providing clear information about services, appointments, and procedures
• Perform data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and schedules
• Support client services by resolving issues promptly through effective problem-solving and customer support techniques
• Maintain organized records of appointments, client details, and communication logs to ensure seamless operations
• Complete billing processes and reminders for clients

Experience

• Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred, demonstrating strong outbound calling skills and phone communication proficiency
• Familiarity with Google applications including Sheets, Docs, and other CRM systems for data entry, communications and scheduling tasks
• Prior work with animals, grooming salons, veterinary care are highly desireable to serve diverse client and pet needs effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written communication skills for clear documentation and client correspondence
• Technical proficiency with scheduling software or CRM systems is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer service challenges with professionalism and patience

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
