Position Summary:

We are seeking a Software Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, AI/ML technologies, and data-driven application development. The ideal candidate will have experience developing interactive dashboards, leveraging AI platforms, integrating APIs, and building rapid-response prototypes that transform data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
• Build and deploy AI/ML solutions utilizing platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and other emerging AI technologies.
• Develop and consume APIs to extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple internal and external systems.
• Create automated reporting, workflow tracking, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Copilot.
• Develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to address evolving business requirements.
• Design and implement AI-powered parsing, classification, matching, and recommendation algorithms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize data models, reporting performance, and AI workflows for scalability and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through automation, analytics, and process enhancement.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience developing Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML development and prompt engineering across platforms such as Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and similar technologies.
• Experience creating dashboards, visualizations, and KPI reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of API integration and data extraction methodologies.
• Experience implementing business process automation and workflow tracking solutions.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data transformation, and analytics best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or other data engineering technologies.

Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), semantic search, and AI matching algorithms.
