- Promote responsible and practical adoption of AI within a highly regulated life sciences environment.
What We’re Looking For
- MS or PhD in Biotechnology, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical/scientific discipline.
- Relevant experience within biopharmaceutical development, manufacturing, AI/ML, laboratory automation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of biologics and/or cell therapy development and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with laboratory automation, scientific data platforms, ELN/LIMS, data integration, or related technologies.
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML or advanced analytics to scientific, technical, engineering, or manufacturing problems.
- Familiarity with generative AI, agentic AI, workflow automation, and human-in-the-loop approaches.
- Understanding of enterprise data strategy, data governance, data architecture, and AI governance.
- Ability to work effectively across scientific, technical, and business teams and turn emerging technology into practical solutions.
- Experience working within regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, GxP, or GMP environments is highly desirable.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in applying emerging AI technologies to real-world challenges across biopharmaceutical science, development, and manufacturing.
