Bilingual Spanish-English Virtual Assistant – (Work from Home)

Work Setup: Remote / Work From Home Position Type: Full-Time - Independent Contractor ftware.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner’s dedicated Virtual Assistant and provide day-to-day administrative support.
• Translate conversations, messages, emails, and business information between Spanish and English.
• Assist the owner in communicating with English-speaking customers, vendors, contractors, and business partners.
• Manage emails, messages, appointments, calendars, and follow-ups.
• Help organize business records, documents, schedules, and other administrative tasks.
• Track pending tasks and ensure important follow-ups and deadlines are not missed.
• Assist with customer inquiries and coordination as needed.
• Support other day-to-day business operations assigned by the owner.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English – both oral and written.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to translate clearly and accurately between Spanish and English.
• Comfortable working directly and closely with a business owner.
• Proactive, dependable, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
• Experience supporting a U.S.-based business is an advantage.
• Roofing, construction, or home services industry experience is a plus but not required.

• Headset with microphone
• Noise-canceling microphone
• Compatible with the applicant’s computer
• Ergonomic design suitable for extended use

Internet & Power Requirements

• Minimum 50 Mbps download speed
• Minimum 50 Mbps upload speed
• Reliable Fiber or Cable broadband connection
• Secondary internet connection (LTE or backup broadband) for business continuity
• Battery backup or UPS for both the computer and internet modem/router
