Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer (Video Editor) role based in Gurugram. The Graphic Designer (Video Editor) will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media posts, marketing collaterals, presentations, and brand materials. Daily responsibilities include developing layouts, designing logos and brand elements, selecting and applying typography, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role also involves editing and assembling video content, adding motion graphics and visual effects, and collaborating with the marketing and HR teams to produce engaging content for campaigns and employer branding. The individual will manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality standards across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography to select and apply fonts that enhance readability and visual impact.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work, preferably for marketing or corporate communications.
• Ability to translate brief requirements into creative concepts and complete projects within timelines.
• Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and willingness to receive and incorporate feedback.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
