The organization operates within the mortgage lending industry, focusing on facilitating home loan refinancing and new mortgage loans. It addresses the challenge of connecting prospective customers with loan officers, streamlining the loan origination process through effective communication and customer engagement.

About the Opportunity:

The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE role is central to initiating contact with potential customers interested in mortgage loans. This position supports the loan origination process by gathering customer information, educating both customers and loan officers on next steps, and ensuring clear communication to foster customer satisfaction. The role contributes by enhancing the customer experience and supporting loan officers with relevant client information.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and communicate with customers via email
• Establish rapport and engage customers in conversations
• Gather information regarding customers’ financial situations and goals
• Educate customers and loan officers about loan process steps
• Set realistic expectations to maximize customer satisfaction
• Accurately input customer data into the system
• Appropriately disposition customer files based on interest and readiness
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
• Effective communication skills
• Strong customer service abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Passion for helping customers achieve financial goals
• Work authorization to verify eligibility to work in the U.S.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $17 per hour plus benefits
