About the Opportunity:

The REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT role is responsible for managing inbound calls from confirmed travelers. The position supports customers by assisting with itinerary maintenance, reservation updates, payment processing, and general travel information. This role contributes to the organization by ensuring travelers receive timely and accurate assistance, thereby improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls assisting customers with reservation management
• Update traveler contact information and modify reservations
• Process payments and manage airline tickets
• Reset online access credentials and provide itinerary information
• Follow up on customer requests via email and outbound calls
• Communicate detailed product and policy information to travelers
• Document all customer interactions and call notes in designated systems
• Manage multiple platforms simultaneously to process inbound calls efficiently
• Operate within a values-focused and metrics-driven environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center environment with customer service calls
• Proficiency in unscripted communication
• At least 1 year of remote work experience, preferably including remote training
• Hardwired internet connection required (Wi-Fi not acceptable)
• Must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary of $18.00 per hour
• Eligibility for an annual incentive bonus
