Job Description
Job Overview
Are you a creative designer who loves seeing your ideas go from a sketch on a notepad to the shelves of luxury retailers?
We are Fell’s, a small, passionate, and deeply collaborative gifting team—and we are looking for a brilliant Graphic Designer to join our work-family! If you want a role where your voice is truly heard, your creativity is celebrated, and you can get stuck into every stage of the design process, you’ll fit right in.
Reporting directly to our Head of Gifting, Packaging, and Product Development, you won’t just be sitting behind a screen. You’ll be the creative heart of our product journeys—brainstorming fresh ideas, designing high-impact sustainable packaging, and even helping us pitch your concepts to major, high-end clients.
What you’ll be doing in our team:
- Bringing ideas to life: Taking internal and customer briefs from initial concept and AI-supported mood boards through to beautiful mock-ups and final, print-ready artwork.
- Staying ahead of trends: Scouting the luxury food, drink, and retail markets to spot the next big thing in gifting.
- Connecting the dots: Working closely with our close-knit sales and marketing teams, liaising with suppliers, and building relationships with major accounts.
- Designing sustainably: Helping us maintain rigorous quality control and championing eco-friendly, sustainable gifting solutions.
What we are looking for:
- Industry experience: A solid background in design, ideally within food, beverage, luxury retail, or consumer packaging.
- Tech-savvy creativity: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator) and a curiosity for using AI tools to spark initial ideas.
- A people person: Someone confident enough to present designs to high-end clients and collaborate smoothly with global suppliers (experience with Far East factories is a massive bonus!).
- A shared passion: A love for great design, commercial awareness, and a commitment to sustainability.
Why join us?
We are a small team which means no corporate red tape, plenty of variety, and a genuinely supportive atmosphere where we celebrate each other’s wins.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities and experiences. All appointments are made on merit. If you need any adjustments during the recruitment process, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
