Job Description
Experience: 2–5+ Years
Type: Full-Time / Freelance
We are looking for an experienced Activewear Tech Pack Designer with strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, fabrics, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed, manufacturer-ready tech packs for leggings, sports bras, shorts, tanks, and other activewear.
- Prepare technical flats, POMs, measurement/spec sheets, grading, BOMs, and construction details.
- Specify fabrics, GSM, stretch/recovery, stitching, trims, labels, prints, and finishing.
- Review samples and provide clear fit/construction corrections.
- Coordinate with manufacturers throughout sampling and production.
- Maintain accurate and updated tech-pack documentation.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in apparel technical design / tech packs.
- Strong experience in activewear/sportswear preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of garment construction and performance fabrics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop preferred.
- Experience working directly with manufacturers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Portfolio is mandatory — please share previous activewear tech packs, technical flats, and sample correction work.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
