Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Visual Designer at CommBox.tv. The Visual Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and in-app experiences, ensuring all designs align with the brand’s identity and tone. Day-to-day tasks include developing layout concepts, designing graphics and illustrations, collaborating with product, content, and marketing teams, and iterating on feedback to enhance user engagement. The Visual Designer will also contribute to the visual language of the platform, maintaining consistency across campaigns and working on new design ideas that make cricket conversations more compelling and visually distinctive.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital-first work.
• Experience with Branding and Graphics to create cohesive, recognizable visual identities.
• Ability to design effective and engaging interfaces through Web Design and related digital design disciplines.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent).
• Understanding of user experience principles and responsive design for web and mobile.
• Attention to detail, strong sense of typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in cricket, sports media, or fan communities is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Tools Required:

• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma

Good to have:

• After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Lightroom, Blender/Cinema 4D, Jitter or similar motion tools.
