Role Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Software Testing Engineer / QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications and SaaS products. This is a 100% office-based position in our Mohali office. Applicants must be willing to work on-site every day—no remote or work-from-home option is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for web applications and SaaS products
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
• Test REST APIs and integrations
• Perform cross-browser and responsive testing
• Work closely with developers to identify and resolve quality issues
• Participate in release testing and deployment validation
• Maintain test documentation, test plans, and QA reports
• Help improve testing processes and automation over time

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in software testing/QA
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC
• Experience with manual testing of web applications
• Good knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
• Strong understanding of regression, integration, functional, and exploratory testing
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work closely with developers and product teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience testing React and Node.js applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with performance or load testing
• Knowledge of Git and database testing

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
