Virtual Wholesale Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer the call & Emails received from the customers
• Maintain a good relationship with the existing customers
• Explore more potential customers
• Assist on Sales Order creation in Business Central
• Manage our databases for direct marketing campaigns
• Analyze data and produce reports on marketing performance to measure ROI
• Support managing our social media channels
• Manage merchandise and promotional items
• Other Ad-hoc tasks/Other tasks that may assigned from time to time

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of proven work experience in the Sales Support function, specifically sales order processing including warranties and over-all assistance for the operations team in a BPO Company or International company
• People person: excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical, detailed and multitasking
• Results-oriented, organized team player
• Can work individually and in minimal supervision
• With own device (Laptop/Desktop) to use for the job
• Willing to install Hubstaff app to monitor time and productivity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
