Paid Advertising Designer

We’re looking for a Paid Advertising Designer with strong experience creating high-performing ads for paid social campaigns.

Our client is a U.S.-based technology company focused on helping brands improve their digital advertising performance through creative production, testing, and optimization.

They work with global audiences across the U.S. and Europe and have a strong focus on data-driven creative, experimentation, and measurable results.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for creating static, animated, and short-form video ads for paid social campaigns, mainly across Meta and TikTok.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of what makes an ad perform, and who is comfortable creating multiple creative variations for testing and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form and vertical video ads using CapCut

• Design static and animated ads using Canva

• Produce creatives for Meta and TikTok paid campaigns

• Adapt and localize creatives for U.S. and European audiences

• Create multiple ad variations for testing

• Iterate on creatives based on campaign performance and feedback

• Maintain strong attention to detail while working across multiple projects

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in graphic design, digital advertising, paid social creative, or a similar role

• Strong hands-on experience with CapCut

• Strong Canva skills

• Proven experience creating ads for Meta and/or TikTok

• Portfolio showing paid social or performance advertising work

• Experience creating short-form and vertical video content

• Understanding of performance-driven creative and ad testing

• Experience designing for U.S. and/or European audiences

• Excellent attention to detail

• Advanced English communication skills
