Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Discovery and Integrations
Required Skills
- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years of ServiceNow/SMS administration experience
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Integrations
- Current ServiceNow CIS-Discovery (CIS-Disco) certification
- ServiceNow CSA or CSI certification
- Experience with SNMP and Discovery Patterns
- Strong experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development
- Knowledge of SDLC and DevOps principles
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications
- Develop and maintain Discovery schedules and patterns
- Design and support ServiceNow integrations
- Work with REST and SOAP APIs
- Perform platform, process, and integration testing
- Support data normalization and imports into ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated ServiceNow incidents and requests
- Support the ServiceNow development lifecycle using SDLC and DevOps practices
- Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays
