About the Opportunity:

The CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR (WFH) role is designed to manage customer interactions remotely by scheduling and confirming appointments and promoting services. The position is critical in enhancing customer experience, driving sales through upselling, and supporting operational efficiency through accurate appointment management.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and update cleaning appointments efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services.
• Actively upsell and cross-sell services to maximize value.
• Consistently pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain focus and performance throughout shifts.

Requirements:

• Own a computer, two monitors, high-speed internet, webcam, and USB headset.
• Comfortable and friendly in customer communication.
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Proficient with computers and adaptable to new systems.
• Professional and personable demeanor.
• Pass background check and drug test (excluding THC).
• At least 18 years old.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $14-16 per hour base pay.
• Performance incentives including commissions after training.
• Most agents earn between $15 and $17 per hour.
