Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual assets for client brands across social media, digital ads, websites, presentations, and print collateral. The ideal candidate understands both aesthetics and marketing objectives, and can translate briefs into scroll-stopping, on-brand creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, reels covers, carousels, stories, banners, festival posts, and campaign visuals.
• Create ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, YouTube thumbnails, and landing-page banners.
• Develop branding assets including logos, brand guidelines, business cards, brochures, menus, flyers, posters, and packaging visuals.
• Design presentations, proposals, pitch decks, infographics, and client-facing marketing collateral.
• Edit and retouch product, lifestyle, and campaign photographs.
• Convert client briefs into multiple creative concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables, including fonts, colors, layouts, tone, and visual identity.
• Adapt master creatives into platform-specific formats and dimensions.
• Coordinate with content writers, social media managers, video editors, and account managers.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously and deliver within agreed timelines.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, typography, color, and AI-assisted design workflows.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency, startup, or client-servicing environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design, branding, advertising creatives, or marketing collateral.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign, Figma, Canva, and Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.
• Ability to design for both brand-building and performance-marketing objectives.
• Good command of written and spoken English/Hindi for understanding briefs and communicating with teams.
• Ability to accept feedback professionally and revise work quickly.
• Strong time management and ability to handle urgent client requirements.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for gyms, restaurants, real estate, healthcare, education, fashion, or local businesses.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads creative best practices, including hooks, offer visibility, CTA placement, and mobile-first design.
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, or Canva Magic Studio.
• Basic motion graphics or video-editing capability.
