Senior Power Platform Developer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Responsibilities

• Lead the development of custom applications and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to optimize business operations.
• Design scalable system architectures incorporating RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure such as Azure and AWS to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and implement best practices in software engineering.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with existing IT infrastructure, including SQL databases like MySQL and MS SQL Server, ensuring seamless data flow and security compliance.
• Apply design patterns, system design principles, and scalability strategies to build robust applications that support enterprise growth.
• Manage version control systems such as GitHub or SVN, implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment, and adhere to Agile software development methodologies.

Experience

• Proven experience in software development with a focus on web development frameworks such as React Express or JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong background in programming languages including C#, Python, Java, C++, and VBA for diverse application development needs.
• Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure components like Linux servers, cloud services (Azure, AWS), and network security protocols such as RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
• Hands-on experience designing APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) using RESTful standards for system integration.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, scalable systems design, and application development best practices in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency with version control tools like GitHub or SVN to manage code repositories efficiently.
• Understanding of software design patterns, system architecture principles, and scalability considerations for enterprise applications.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
