GRAPHIC DESIGNER/ PRODUCT PACKAGING/DIGITAL MARKETING

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product packaging and labeling, as well as creating visual content for our website, social media, email marketing, and promotional activities.

The role will involve working closely with our Product Manager, Marketing team, and factories/suppliers to ensure that all designs are accurate, professionally presented, and aligned with our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop product packaging, labels, stickers, manuals, brochures, and other product-related materials.
• Coordinate with factories to ensure packaging and labeling are produced according to approved designs, specifications, and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to understand product specifications and translate them into effective visual designs.
• Prepare and update artwork and design files for production, printing, and manufacturing.
• Review factory artwork, samples, and proofs and coordinate corrections where required.
• Ensure packaging and labeling designs meet applicable regulatory, technical, and brand requirements.
• Create creative and professional website banners, product visuals, promotional graphics, and other digital assets.
• Develop social media posts, promotional campaigns, and visual content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Create visual content for email marketing, online advertisements, product promotions, and digital campaigns.
• Design flyers, brochures, catalogues, presentations, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining product images, product presentation materials, and website content.
• Work with the marketing team to develop creative marketing content and visual concepts for the company website and digital platforms.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date design files, artwork, templates, and brand assets.
• Stay updated with current graphic design, digital marketing, and social media trends and bring new creative ideas to the team.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in product packaging, branding, or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience creating social media graphics, website visuals, digital advertisements, brochures, catalogues, and marketing materials.
• Good understanding of packaging design, print production, artwork preparation, and colour management.
• Ability to understand product specifications and prepare accurate artwork for manufacturing.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with factories, suppliers, product managers, and internal teams.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio of previous design work is required.

• Experience in product-based companies, manufacturing.
• Knowledge of basic digital marketing and social media content creation.
• Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or tools such as Canva/After Effects/Premiere Pro.
• Basic understanding of website content management and SEO-oriented visual content.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take a design requirement from concept to final production—from product packaging and factory artwork to website graphics, social media posts, and promotional campaigns. The candidate should be creative, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
